I'm a certified Meditation Teacher, Kundalini + Hatha Yoga Teacher, Group Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer. All who know me know I'm passionate about health and wellness. But not many know about my passion for spiritual exploration and alignment. I wanted a one-stop-shop for what I believe to be the 3 elements of complete health and wellness: going within, movement, and healthy foods. All of these elements brought me to start Moons Rising.
